Healthy Weld 2020 is a grant-funded program, hosted at the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, that takes the leading role of obesity prevention in Weld County by creating healthy environments where residents live, work, learn and play. By increasing access to healthy foods and educating residents in towns like Milliken on how to purchase and cook fresh ingredients, Healthy Weld 2020 is making the healthiest choice the easiest choice in Weld County.
Weld County School District 6 - Greeley
Nutrition Services supports student achievement by not only offering healthy, great tasting meals (over 15,000 served daily), but also by promoting overall wellness through breakfast programs, nutrition education opportunities and connecting students to their food through Farm to School and School Garden programs.
Weld County Youth Conservation Corps - Greeley
